• Phone number (WhatsApp) — to send a backup copy of your download link and purchase updates

• Confirm your purchase and deliver your files
• Provide customer support related to your purchase
• Send updates if a file you purchased is revised or updated

We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following services to operate the storefront:

• Payment Gateways (e.g. Billplz, Stripe) — to securely process your payments. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• WhatsApp / Meta — message delivery. Your phone number is used to send access details via WhatsApp Business API.
• Resend (resend.com) — email delivery. Your email address is used to send receipts and download links.

4. Data Retention

Your purchase records are retained indefinitely to allow you to request a new download link in the future if you lose your files. If you wish to have your data completely deleted, please contact support.

5. Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
