1. What You Are Purchasing

When you make a purchase from the Vault, you are purchasing access to a digital product (such as PDFs, ZIP archives, templates, or recordings). This is not a physical product, and nothing will be shipped to you.

2. Delivery Method

Your download links will be delivered immediately upon successful payment. The links will also be sent to you via WhatsApp and email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information during checkout. Download tokens expire 48 hours after generation for security purposes, but you can always request a fresh token by contacting support.

3. Intellectual Property & License

All digital content remains the intellectual property of the seller. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the materials.

You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or rebroadcast any part of the purchased materials without prior written consent. The unique download links generated for you are for your personal use only.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date if the digital product did not meet your expectations. After 14 days, all sales are final. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

The digital products provided are for educational and informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, or results from applying the knowledge shared. Your use of any techniques, tools, or strategies discussed is at your own risk.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (such as Billplz or Stripe). We do not collect or store your credit card information or banking details on our servers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
